  • What do I need for a mobile detailing appointment?
    We greatly appreciate if the customer provides a water valve and electrical outlet for detailer upon arrival. It is optional, not required for an appointment as our professional technicians come equipped with water, power, and all the equipment and supplies needed to complete the detail of your vehicle. We do ask that you are present for a quick pre-inspection of your vehicle (about 3 minutes) and a quick post-inspection after the detail is complete. (about 5 minutes). If you are unable to be present for either of these, please insure your vehicle is unlocked and easily accessible for our detailer. We require that there is enough clearance around the entire vehicle to fully open the doors and perform a detail.
  • What can I do if I think my vehicle was damaged?
    If there are damages to your vehicle that is caused by a NCLB Technician during your appointment, we will work with you to ensure that it is taken care of. We cannot take responsibility for any maintenance issues present in your vehicle prior to an appointment. Issues like cracked or stuck windows, non-working electrical buttons, or broken items and pre-existing damage like scratches, paint chips, scuffs or dents.
  • What if I need to cancel my appointment?
    You may cancel an appointment at no charge with at least a 24-hour notice prior to your schedule service. If you want to cancel without a notice, there will be a $25 surcharge fee applied to your account. When rescheduling your appointment, we can apply the $25 surcharge fee towards your rescheduled appointment. If you have an appointment booked, we may have to cancel and/or rescheduled due to weather related conditions. We will never charge a fee for weather related cancellations.
  • Is there an additional charge for larger vehicles?
    Due to the extra time and supplies necessary to complete the job, we add a minor fee for SUV and XL vehicles. Some 2-Door vehicle are larger in size and will be billed as 4-Door (Ex. Dodge Challenger). For a vehicle to qualify as XL, it must be a full-size SUV or pickup truck with extended Cab. Don't know if your vehicle constitutes an SUV or larger vehicle? To simplify and streamline our scheduling process, we've categorized vehicles in three distinct classifications: Car, SUV/MiniVan/Pickup, and XL. Car: Think small. Typically, 4 doors or less and 2 rows of seats or less, with a separated, enclosed trunk area. For example, sedans, coupes, and convertibles. Exceptions? Small hatchbacks. SUV/Minivan/Pickup: Think larger. Typically, 4 doors or more (rear hatches count) and 2 rows of seats or more, with an open trunk area. For example, minivans, pickup trucks, crossovers, station wagons, and SUVs. XL/exotics: The largest vehicles like Pickup trucks with extended cabs, Full size SUVs with room for 3 rows of seats and most exotic cars.
  • Do I need to clay my car?
    Most of the time, the answer is yes. The surface of your vehicle faces the harsh environment every time it's on the road or parked outside. Most commonly, a build up from roadway debris, exhaust, tar, and airborne pollutants, is present. Vehicles accumulate these contaminants consistently even at the dealership. The clay bar is essential in decontaminating and smoothing the paints texture. A wax is required after the clay treatment to protect the paint until your next clay treatment.
  • Do you guarantee your services? Can I read reviews?
    NCLB guarantees you'll be satisfied with your detail. Please be sure thoroughly review your vehicle BEFORE the detailer leaves. If something comes to light after the service, we will offer to remedy any issues that are our fault. All our customers are asked to review detailer performance on a 0-5 scale, 5 being the best. Your rating, as well as any comments, will be shared with the detailer. Our detailers are full trained professionals with years of experience detailing vehicles. You can read our great reviews on our website, google or yelp.
  • How long does the service take?
    The time required for services depends on the size/type of vehicle you have, the service package requested, the number of technicians in the crew, and the specific equipment available to the detailer. Following are approximate times for a single technician. Express Details- 20 to 40 minutes, Silver Detail Pkg- 1 to 1.5 hours, Gold Detail Pkg- 1.5 to 2.5 hours, Platinum Detail Pkg- 2 to 3 Hours, RV Detail- 2.5 to 4 hours, Boat Detail- 2 to 3 hours, Motorcycle Detail- 1 hour
  • How do I pay?
    The customer can pay by cash, check, credit/debit card, PayPal, cash app at the completion of your service. We also give you the option to prepay pay online when you book your service.
  • Will there be extra charges?
    Additional charges can apply for excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, human or animal biowastes, and excessive dirtiness. If your vehicle has one of these issues, your technician will advise you of additional charges before the work begins. Surcharges are 15% of the cost of the service package. Additional charges will also apply if you require services not specified in packages.
  • What are your hours and what days are you available?
    What are your hours and what days are you available? We schedule appointments every day of the week between Sunrise and Sunset. ALL APPOINTMENTS are on a Same/day - next day service is generally available in most areas but cannot be guaranteed at all times. When booking your service, you will be able to select an appointment time.
